Murugesan is the architect of Pepagora's vision: the Trust Operating System (TrustOS) for global SME trade. With over 25 years on the front lines of the B2B digital revolution at IndiaMART and TradeIndia, he has worked personally with more than 10,000 business owners across markets and developed a singular insight: the biggest barrier to SME growth is not ambition; it is trust.

At IndiaMART, he held senior sales leadership responsibilities, managing high-value clients and driving strong revenue growth. He went on to found Floret Media Pvt. Ltd., a digital marketing agency with a 16-year track record, and Pepagora Internet, a UAE-based web solutions company. Today, from Dubai and Singapore, he leads Pepagora's global expansion strategy, investor relations, and key partnerships with a mission to make every SME verifiable, bankable, and trade-ready.

Rajat is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned multinational finance and operations leader with deep expertise spanning energy, commodities, M&A, and ERP transformation. He oversees Pepagora's sales, finance, legal, operations, and strategic partnerships, building the governance and operational backbone that enables Pepagora to scale with discipline.

Prior to Pepagora, Rajat served as Global Financial Controller at Adam Energy FZE in Dubai, where he led M&A due diligence, jurisdictional structuring, and investment lifecycle management. At E3 Energy DMCC, he implemented a fully integrated Aspect CTRM system and managed trade financing across global markets. His earlier tenure at Trafigura, the world's second-largest private oil trader, saw him lead five-year business planning, IFRS reporting, and SAP implementation as Project Leader.

Anuj is a growth and product leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling growth engines across consumer tech, fintech, SaaS, and subscription-led businesses. He brings a full-stack growth approach to Pepagora, covering user acquisition, onboarding and activation, product-led growth, lifecycle management, retention, and monetisation.

He served as Head of Growth and Marketing at OkCredit, a leading digital bookkeeping platform for Indian MSMEs, and drove growth and monetisation at TranZact, a manufacturing SaaS company. His prior career at SilverPush—where he rose from Machine Learning Engineer to Product Manager over 5.5 years—gave him deep technical grounding in AI, contextual advertising, and data-driven product development. He is also an angel investor and growth advisor to several fintech and edtech startups across India, Nigeria, and Southeast Asia.

Aijaz is a UX Strategy and Design Leader with over two decades of experience creating seamless, user-centred digital experiences across B2B platforms, enterprise tools, and consumer media. At Pepagora, he leads the design philosophy, experience architecture, and product usability standards, ensuring that trust is felt in every interaction on the platform.

He spent nearly four years as Senior Product Designer at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (via Kyndryl and NetConnect Global), designing enterprise tools for CO2 emission simulation and review management systems aligned with the ASPICE model. Earlier, as Project Manager (B2B Portals) at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited for over five years, he pioneered B2B website standards and designed the user interface architecture for IndiaMART's corporate platform. He was also Design Head at HT Media, leading the redesign of Hindustantimes.com, LiveHindustan.com, and Livemint.com.

Shreeharsha is a strategy leader, entrepreneur, and operator with over a decade of experience working across startup building, business operations, advisory, and ecosystem development. At Pepagora, he works closely with the CEO's Office to convert the company's long-term vision into clear priorities, scalable operating systems, and measurable execution.

He leads strategic initiatives spanning customer success, partnerships, governance, cross-functional alignment, and organisational scale readiness. His entrepreneurial background gives him a practical understanding of the challenges founders and growing businesses face—from establishing product-market clarity and operational discipline to building the relationships required for sustainable growth.

Manohar is an engineering and technology leader with over 16 years of experience across platform architecture, enterprise software, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and AI-driven product development. At Pepagora, he leads engineering strategy and execution, strengthening the platform’s scalability, reliability, security, and speed of innovation.

Previously, as Director of Engineering at Amura Health, Manohar led product engineering, platform, mobile, architecture, and technology strategy. He scaled the engineering organisation from 12 to more than 30 professionals and helped build a multi-tenant healthcare platform supporting approximately 20,000 active patients across five programmes. He also introduced AI-assisted development workflows and conversational AI capabilities. His earlier career includes engineering roles at Wells Fargo, where he worked on enterprise platforms and high-volume systems.
