We, S.V.A. RIKKON LUBE PVT. LTD., is dedicated to market, engineer, manufacture lubrication systems for various industries. Our factory is located at Ambattur, Chennai, is fully dedicated to manufacture Lubrication Pumps and Injectors for various applications. We had started as a trading company (S.V.Agencies) in 1994 to market high pressure hoses for hydraulic & lubrication applications. Studying the rapid growth in the market, just after 2 years, we have developed an indigineously made lubrication pump and injector. A new company was formed, S.V.A.RIKKON LUBE SYSTEMS, to manufacture and market these products. From then on we have built an excellent business base and rapidly obtained a reputation in the market. In late 1990s, to fulfill the growing market needs a new company (Brunton Engineering Co.) was formed to produce components for the industry. Now Brunton Engg. Co. not only serves the lube industry, but also service various sectors, thanks to our state-of-the-art machining facilities, and dedicated, knowledgeable private ownership. As we entered the new millenium, we realised our core strength and established ourselves further by manufacturing lubrication products and accessories like forged fittings in brass & steel. Brunton Engg. Co., is dedicated to the production of parts and components for lubrication systems and accessories. Now S.V.A. RIKKON LUBE SYSTEMS is S.V.A. RIKKON LUBE PVT. LTD. and continuing to service our clients with the same enthusiasm and dedication, when we have started.

Manufacturing Capabilities & Facilities... 

At SRL, we are specialised in the area of Lubrication Products. We are dedicated in manufacturing, assembling, testing and performing special finishing operations like hosing, lapping, etc. Depending on the need of the customer, we has a capacity to manufacture the products at a short time and greater accuracy. The majority of the supply is to the OEM market. To keep ourselves fully equipped and to maintain the quality of the products at par with the industry standards, we have a fully equipped testing facility, thus ensuring that the products we supply are upto the customer's needs and satisfaction. To keep the quality intact, a superfinishing setup has been started recently which is inclusive of a horizontal hosing machine capable of producing close tolerance with 0.1 uRa value. The sizes are measured using air gauging units. The other finishing machine is a OD capping machine capable of producing parts with great finish. Use of hi-quality raw materials like carbon steel, rings, plastic products, etc., is another factor that helps us to meet quality standards in the international market. Brunton Engg. Co. machine shop is also well equipped to handle the machining requirements for all types of products and prototypes. With our new facility we would be able to meet any technical challenges poised by the customers on us, in the field of lubrication.
