We offer a comprehensive range of Iron Removal Filters that are extensively used to remove turbidity, suspended particles, color, odor and iron that are present in water. The range of Iron Removal Filter is reputed for easy operation and gives crystal clear water. Our iron removal filters are accurately designed to fulfill our client's specific requirements. These filters purify water from sand without clogging the filter.


Features:

•     System is operated at varied velocity from 5 m/hr to 40 m/hr to obtain required water quality and flow of 500 LPH to 100 M3/hr and can be used for applications where iron removal is important viz., drinking water, reverse osmosis in feed water etc. etc.
•     These filters are available with the options of individual ball/ butterfly valve or multiport valve as required by customers and based on application. We use the resin media for removal of iron which can be recharged using regeneration method.
•     Treated water quality is free from iron and will be less than 0. 1 ppm with in-feed iron of 2 ppm or more.
•     Special features pre-assembled, factory tested systems, compact, easy to install, operate and maintain anti corrosive FRP vessels or sturdy mild steel vessels, PVC piping & valves and SS 304 skid for mounting units system requires only water, electrical and drain supply and can be installed in a day.
•     Multi-port control valve for easy operation of filtration and electrical controls with all interlocks well packed filter media to provide required iron free water quality. Sampling points for quality monitoring and pressure gauges for pressure monitoring.
