SAI Pneumatic's Compact Heatless Air Dryers are advanced, energy-efficient solutions designed to deliver dry and clean compressed air by removing moisture through a regenerative desiccant system. These dryers operate on the principle of adsorption, using activated alumina as the desiccant medium. Moisture-laden compressed air passes through a desiccant-packed tower where water vapor is adsorbed, resulting in air with a dew point as low as -40°C.
The system consists of twin towers operating alternatively—while one tower is drying, the other undergoes regeneration using a portion of the dried purge air. This continuous cycle ensures uninterrupted delivery of dry air and maintains consistent system efficiency.
The dryers feature a compact and space-saving design, making them suitable for installations with limited space. High-quality components such as electronic control timers, long-life pneumatically operated pilot valves, and multi-stage filtration (including pre-filters, oil-removing filters, and after-filters) ensure high performance, durability, and air purity up to 5 microns.
With minimal pressure drop and reduced purge loss, these dryers significantly lower operating costs.
