Its feature is the outer ring raceway is the spherical shape with self-aligning, which can compensate the errors caused by the self-aligning ball bearing with different aligning and deflection, but the relative inclination of the inner and the outer ring is not more than 3 degrees. Between the inner rings of the two raceways and the outer ring taking the raceway as the spherical surface, the drum-shaped rollers are equipped in the bearing. The curvature center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the center of the bearing, so it has the same aligning function with that of the self-aligning ball bearing. When the deflection occurs in the aligning and the outer shell, it can adjust automatically, and cannot increase the burden of the bearing. The self-aligning roller bearing will bear the radial load as well as the axial load in two directions.
