The operating vacuum of around 710 MM HG is being considered low vacuum now a days, due to the recent development in the manufacturing process. To save the energy, in the Distillation Process or to have a better yield, it has become essential to create more vacuum in the Process System. Watering Vacuum Pumps has its own limitation to develop vacuum in higher range. To achieve more vacuum in process, we recommend use of Two Stage Vacuum Pumping System as illustrated in above photograph. Two Stage Pumping System creates 1 MM HG absolute pressure with bank suction. To enable us to design and quote Two Stage Vacuum Pumping System, we would like to know the capacity of Pump ( in M3/hrs or in CFM ) at operating vacuum.
