Micro-Processor Based PID Controlled Programmable Digital Table Top Electronics (PCB) Rework Station

We provide the clients with premier – 999, a micro-processor based pid controlled programmable digital table top electronics (PCB) rework station. In this machine, a gantry is placed on a base position, to deliver hot gas and vacuum application apparatus over the PCB. The PCB itself is carried between carrier arms that are placed on a horizontal arm, which is placed in a slidable position on a pinion block for movement in the x-direction with respect to base. In the y direction, the pinion block is placed slidably for smooth movement and an assembly of sprockets and idlers transmits x and y drives. This assembly transmits the drives in order to move the horizontal arm and pinion block from the control dials that is placed at the edge of base. The usage of this rework system ensures the high durability, tensile strength and resistivity to rust & abrasion.
