Baba Deep Singh Industries has developed progressive block to distribute the lubricants delivered by a pump to different lubrication points in sequence one after another. It is especially designed for grease pump but may be used with the oiling systems where required maximum pressure is 1 OOKg. But it can also be increased/decreased on costumers requirement.
Indication pin & proximity switch may by used for sensing of pressure & approximate pressure. It may be considered as the specialty of the block that a blockage in a single outlet may stops functioning of the entire outlets. In general 2-20 outlets Progressive Block is available for ready use, however special blocks are also developed on customers requirement
Customers are requested to send their order specifying the actual requirement, i.e. with / without indication pin, proximity switch, micro switch and number of outlet required. User are required to use progressive block in handle with care basis.
