We also offer a wide range of Carbide Burnishing Tool to our clients which is a versatile tool that can be used for multipurpose. With one tool all three surfaces large outer diameter, large inner diameter and large flat circular faces can be burnished separately. We use highly finished superior grade carbide rollers along with precision assembly arrangement. The carbide burnishing tool is adjustable using spring arrangements in accordance to the diameter and material of the job. Owing to this quality, heavy investment does not require to be made to finish the components by using grinding, honing and lapping operations.

Burnishing Diameter Range

For Outer Diameter, Inner Diameter and Face diameter there is no limitation on the maximum size. The minimum size for Outer Diameter and Inner Diameter is 75mm and above.

Burnishing Length

There is no limitation on the burnishing length on Outer Diameter and face.

Shank

Round shanks are provided as standard. Special shanks can be supplied on request.

Job Material

Any Ferrous or Non-Ferrous material can be burnished. Normally ferrous materials with a maximum natural hardness of 35HRc are recommended for burnishing operation. Heat Treated jobs are not recommended.

Machine Used

Multi surface Single Roller Burnishing Tools can be used in CNC Turning centers and in Conventional Lathes.
