Montez LC Montelukast sodium & Levocetirizine hydrochloride ts COMPOSITION MONTEZ LC ts Each uncoated t contains: Montelukast sodium equivalent to Montelukast.............................10 mg Levocetirizine hydrochloride.....5 mg Excipients.....................................q.s. INDICATIONS MONTEZ LC ts are indicated for reef of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial), as prophylaxis in seasonal allergic rhinitis and treatment of comorbid asthma & allergic rhinitis in patients 15 years of age and older. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Adults (>15 years): One t once daily Due to the lack of data, the administration of this product to infants and toddlers aged less than 2 years is not recommended. CONTRAINDICATIONS MONTEZ LC ts are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Montelukast, levocetirizine, to other piperazine derivatives, or to any of the excipients. Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
