Featuring in harness, heat resistant upto 85°, winding wires heat resistant upto 105°, our Insulation Compounds have the technical & operating specifications like:
Maximum conductor temperature at 70°c ,80°c , 85°c and 105°c.
Tested on molded sheets at 23°c 1°c.
The recommended process temperature are 140°c ,150°c 190°c , however the processing temperature can be adjusted as per requirement of individual operations.
For smooth processing and better results, it is recommended to preheat the material before use.
The material should be kept in cool dry place.
