Our range of flexible silicon hoses which are long lasting in service and are also offered at cost effective prices. These Food & Pharma Silicon Hoses specifically designed so as to suit applications demanding reduced bending radia and are highly resistant under vacuum conditions.

Construction Tube:

• Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless with mirror-like finish, smooth.

Reinforcement :

• High resistance polyester plies.
• Built-in spiral from stainless steel AISI 304.

Cover:

• Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless. Smooth with glossy finish.
• Non-particle generating version compared to cloth finish. It can easily be cleaned with any detergents.

Temperature Range

• From-60°C upto + 180°C.
• Sterilisation at +135°C with steam, at +180°C with hot air for a maximum time of 30 minutes.

Norms

• Silicone complying with F.DA and European Pharmacopeia (IV Ed., P.3.13).
• Non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993 Part 5, USP XXVI Ed.2003.

Applications

• Silicone suction and delivery hose designed for handling high purity products, food products and alcoholic beverage concentrated to 96%.
• Normally used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes.
