BVk manufacture duplex filters for HFO in 5 microns. These filters are installed just before the fuel inlet of engine. They protect the expensive high pressure pump. These duplex filters are attached with easy to remove basket for cleaning of suspended dirt, tar and wax from the HFO. These are available in 1/2" to any standard size.
