Bimetal Thermostat model ISQA also called Self-Resetting Thermal Protection Cut-outs has a solid machined aluminum outer body, which provies the thermostat with strength and greater capacity to sense heat rise. This thermostat has a bimatel strip inside which senses temperature rise and actuates a beryllium copper blade which snaps open the contacts. When the bimetal cools down, the contacts snap close. Due to this snap action there is no sparking or chattering. The body is electrically insulated and the wires are high temperature resistant teflon leads. All the internal components are spot welded on a stainless steel housing plate. Provided with two mounting holes for fitting on any flat surface with screws. The contact rating is 8Amps, 240VAC, 24VDC.
