We are proud to state that we are one of the few leading firms engaged in the manufacturing of hard boiled pillow pack wrapping machines. Designed as per international quality standards, these machines are widely used in the field of food stuff industry. This machine automatically packs small products in to waterproof and airtight single or multiple pack. It is to be noted that this machine can also be connected to Single Phase or Three Phase supply. 

Styles of Wrap: 

1. Single Pack : Each article in its own pack, cut off after each seal of strip pack with perforation after each pack. 

2. Multiple Pack: 2-5 individual units packed in a single pillow. 

Other systems on request. 

Packing Material : Core bore of 70 - 75mm and Outer Dia of Reel to be 300 - 350 mm Heat seal able material. 

Size Range : Height(2-20mm), Width(10-60mm), Length(up to 100mm) Other sizes on demand. 

Capacity : Up to 600 packs/min. Depending upon the product and its packing material 

Power Load : 1 HP DC Motor with 1000 watts heater and vibrator. 

Net Weight : 950 Kg. Case
