The soft 10–30 Shore A material can conform around components and provide cushioning against contact or vibration. It also offers high heat resistance and excellent UV resistance, making it suitable for demanding temperature and exposure conditions. The specified operating temperature range is -60°C to +230°C. Depending on the selected open-cell or closed-cell construction, it can be used for sealing and protection against dust, air, and moisture. Applications include equipment insulation, cushioning, protective covers, and flexible sealing.
