Clean the roof surface thoroughly and remove dust, dirt, oil, grease, and loose particles. Repair cracks, holes, or uneven areas to create a smooth and stable substrate. Apply a suitable bitumen primer on the prepared surface and allow it to dry completely. Place the Hyperplas Polyester membrane roll in position and align it properly. Heat the underside of the membrane using a gas torch until the bitumen layer melts. Press the heated membrane firmly onto the surface to ensure proper bonding. Provide proper overlaps between adjacent membrane sheets to avoid leakage. Seal all joints and edges carefully to ensure complete waterproofing protection.
