Murukku (also known as Chakli) is globally famous for its intricate, concentric spiral shape and its loud, satisfying crunch. ARM Orgaanics has taken this timeless classic and dramatically elevated its nutritional profile. We replaced the heavy use of standard rice flour with a proprietary blend of organic Kodo, Barnyard, and Finger millets, combined with traditional urad dal for binding. This substitution transforms a simple carbohydrate snack into a fiber-rich, mineral-dense superfood. Despite the healthy upgrade, we absolutely refuse to compromise on the authentic taste and texture. Our Millet Murukku is deeply infused with traditional aromatics—toasted cumin seeds, sesame, and a hint of high-quality asafoetida (hing). The dough is expertly extruded and carefully cooked in premium, cold-pressed oils (with baked variants also available). The result is a murukku that is deeply golden, earthy in flavor, and shatters perfectly in the mouth without being overly hard on the teeth.
