The Prism HR35 Ceramic 3D Printer is a professional 4K DLP additive manufacturing system developed for high-precision ceramic slurry printing. Designed with a 35 μm XY resolution and a build volume of 133 × 76 × 100 mm, it produces detailed ceramic components with excellent dimensional accuracy. The printer supports advanced ceramic materials including alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, tricalcium phosphate (TCP), hydroxyapatite (HA), and bioglass. Equipped with a 405 nm UV LED light source, adjustable exposure parameters, heated material tank, and PRISM MASTER software, it is suitable for research laboratories, universities, biomedical engineering, dental material development, and industrial ceramic manufacturing.
