The SP 460 TM by MANFORD is a Super Precision Series Milling Machine engineered for automatic, high-accuracy milling operations. It features a 250 × 1370 mm table, 390 mm cross travel, and 775 mm longitudinal travel. The NST#30 (R8) spindle is made of hardened SCM415 alloy steel, providing exceptional rigidity and precision. Turcite-B coated X & Y slideways reduce friction and wear, while electro-less nickel-phosphorous processed lead screws ensure smooth and accurate movement. A highly improved variable-speed head and 32 mm diameter lifting screw facilitate precise adjustments.
