Impulse dust collection systems are engineered for efficient industrial dust control. Equipped with state-of-the-art cassette-type reverse pulse jet air cleaning, they ensure positive removal of heavy dust particles. Dust-laden air enters through the top manifold into the dirty air compartment, passes downward through filter cassettes, and exits as clean air through chimneys at required heights. Filter cassettes are automatically cleaned at regular intervals using a PLC-controlled reverse pulse jet system. Horizontally mounted cassettes allow easy maintenance, and optimized cassette design maximizes filtration efficiency. Modular construction ensures easy replacement of subsystems.
