We offer our clients with a wide range of Microprocessor Based Intelligent Generator Controller – GUIDOZON that is appreciated by our clients for its optimum functionality. Fully factory assembled, these controllers are in solid state, mounted in rugged stainless steel enclosure of SS316L. These Controllers are suitable for accepting signals from the sensors and based on the signals received, it provides variable output to operate IAQ devices. Microprocessor Based Intelligent Generator Controllers are available with a facility to add more ozone generators & sensors. These Controllers have at least one programmable relay output contact for faults such as overload, over voltage trip, low voltage trip and sensor fault. Cable connector between Controller and Sensor, length not less than 25ft (7.5 M) provided with cables to deliver power to Sensor and transfer signals for the different levels of VOC from Sensor to Controller.

• Accepts both signals 0-10V DC and 4-20mA
• Controllers have an extra input for interlocking any auxiliary device to be added in future
• Output Voltage from the controller to generator is linear and can be controlled precisely with respect to sensor input
• Provided with rocker switch to choose automatic or manual mode of operation
• In the Manual Bypass Mode, voltage output of the Controller is 100% of input voltage, regardless of the level of VOC
• Provided with receptacle to accept easy plug in cable connector for communication to sensor
• Provided with terminal block to connect incoming power, variable outgoing power, and for interlock to AHU motor or other air moving device, and to safety device such as high ozone cut out switch
• Input voltage to controller is 220 to 240 Volts, 1 Ph, 50 Hz (Factory set) suitable for load rating of 10 Amps.
