Similar to the gas fired ovens. Here the medium of heating is lpg or natural gas fired burner attached to the heat exchanger. The burner is attached with the gas inlet assembly which is an ensemble of pressure regulator, pressure gauge and stop valve. Desired temperature can be ensured by the control panel. These ovens are used in various industrial applications such as foundry core ovens, powder coating ovens, paint baking, burnout, drying etc. They are large sized ovens with top mounted oil/gas fired heat exchanger. In oil fired ovens the heat is generated by oil fired burner and transferred through heat exchanger. Our heat exchangers are carefully designed incorporating the fundamentals of heat transfer and forced convection. A powerful centrifugal fan re circulates the hot air to maintain uniform and controlled temperature in the working area. The burner can be run on oil or gas.
