The Step Cotton Cleaner model MRK50 is equipped with six beaters featuring five segments of grid bars. It can also be supplied with 3 or 4 beaters. Optional micro dust removal systems available on request.
The MTF 50 is built with a condenser, feeding unit, and a pre-cleaner beater. The machine can be supplied in sizes from 1000 mm to 2000 mm, offering flexible cleaning capacities suited for various processing needs in the textile industry.

Used in textile mills and spinning units for cleaning raw cotton before carding. Helps remove impurities and enhances fiber quality for further processing.
