M M Cast

We are operating a fully well equipped jobbing foundry based on medium frequency induction melting furnace. We are in a position to supply good quality of castings in steel and all grades of alloy steels complete with the prescribed heat treatment. We can make single piece casting from 1 Kg to 230 Kg. Our foundry was established in the late 2006 by Azizurrehman Contractor (Managing Partner), who was employed before with one of the most well-known foundry in Ahmadabad.

An IIT Engineer, Mohammedzakir Contractor, with 37 years of practice and his son, Azizurrehman Contractor, with a foundry experience of over 15 Years head our foundry. The staff and workers are well trained and the entire production process is subject to stage-wise quality assurance system. Our foundry employs Co2 sand moulding process with liquid silicate binder.  This process offers advantages of speed, accuracy, good dimensional tolerances and excellent casting surface finish.

We welcome third party pouring witness/inspection.  Alternatively, we can furnish test certificates for chemical and physical properties. We are already supplying castings to local valve and pump manufacturers. Needless to mention, we shall leave no stone unturned to provide you with fullest satisfaction.
