The Supralimus-Core™ Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System is based on the three powerful tools. The CE approved Coronnium® Stent, Sirolimus Drug and blend of fully biodegradable hydrophobic and hydrophilic polymers.

Therapeutic Agent-Sirolimus:
• A cytostatic drug that has potent immunosuppressive and antiproliferative properties.   • Inhibits expression of key cytokines necessary for the smooth muscle cell proliferation from the G1 to the S phase of the cell cycle.   • As a part of a DES system, Sirolimus targets the very cause of ISR, proliferating vascular smooth muscle cells, arresting their proliferation.     
Surface Morphology of Supralimus-Core™:

• Biodegradable polymers used for coating which remains intact after crimping and post-expansion condition. • No Cracking, Webbing, Flaking or De-lamination observed. • The drug-polymer coating thickness is 5-6 µm.
