The Thermocouple Extension & Compensation Cables marketed under Dazzolite are used fore instrumentation or control purposes. Apart from that, another application for this range can be the transferring of reference junction to the control room. These are available in two variants – the Unarmoured/Wire Armoured and the Unshielded/Overall/Individual Shielded versions. Their application is in the chemical and petrochemical industries and railway sector (control rooms). Its technical specifications are according to ANSI MC 96.1. Configuration: Single Pairs/Multiple Pairs usually upto 24 pairs. Higher pairs on customer request.  Construction:

Conductor: As per Cable Codes KX, KK(A), JX, TX, EX, SX/RX, BX.  16,18 & 20 AWG, other Conductor sizes on request.

Primary Insulation: PVC / HRPVC.

Screening: Individual or overall Aluminium Mylar tape screened with ATC Drain wire.

Inner Sheath: PVC/HR PVC/FRLS PVC/FR PVC.

Armouring GI Round Wire/Flat Strips.

Outer Sheath PVC/HR PVC/FRLS PVC/FR PVC

Rip Cord: For easy removal of sheath.
