The business is owned by Saraf family. Traditionally the Saraf family belongs to business class and has very good support from the society and the Social leaders in India. Mr. Padmakar Saraf, the chairman and Mr. Mangesh Saraf, CEO are the two people who are actively involved in the company with a strong technical support from Dr.Yogesh Saraf.

The present plant for manufacturing various specialty polymers was set up in the year 2004 and since then Lympro Chem Pvt. Ltd has offered various in-house developed technologies to the market.
