Cost of logistics, to carry their products has risen more the 50% since last 2-3 years, more over that non availability of manpower, railway rakes,efficient transport system and also most of the industries have not installed automatic handling systems to convey their products. All this adds to the profit of the company. Now, these companies are bound to install such systems which requires efficient handling at faster rates where minimum manpower is required. Just for example, at one of the fertilizer company's sites in south of India - to load a rake for fertilser bags, 250 people were involved and that factory was facing lot of problems. Libran Engieering took this challenge and designed innovative systems where manpower is reduce by 80% and efficiency increases by 50%. We have executed similar type of jon for Holcim Cement at Frakka, West Bengal.
