Hot water dip tank made out of SS 304 is fitted with heater PID controllers can be set to keep water at desired temp 2hp

pump is used to circulate water. Fruits are charged from one end of tank on inclined grating fruits travel to other end

by force of water. Second grating on top keeps all fruits under water. Lifting conveyor at other end lifts fruits out of water. Speed of motor can be set to get desired no of fruits per minute. All parts coming in contact with fruits are made out SS 304 1hp motor with gear box is used for conveyor. 8no 3kv heaters with pid contoller keeps temp at desired level.
