This is a synthetic flavoring substance, colorless liquid having an herbaceous, sweet spicy bergamot odor and a spicy sweet taste. Terpinyl Acetate is used for flavorings and in the synthetic reconstitution of nature identical essential oils (e.g.cardamom) and to add the flavor of beverages, ice cream, ices, candy and baked goods.
