Used in practically all types of modern settings. Some regular employment of a Pneumatic Press is Compacting, Blanking, Extruding, Marking, Cupping, Peening, Long Drawing, Flaring, Punching, Arresting, Notching, Cutting, etc. At KJN Enterprises, we have been printing presses for more than 25 years.

These presses are possible in the range of Tonnage, Stroke, Daylight & Base Area combinations. A conventional type of media is suitable for jobs requiring uniform load throughout the stroke. Such applications are Pressing, Assembling, Deep Sweepstakes, Broaching, etc. Impact types of media are designed to produce massive Impact Blow suitable for Marketing, Rivetting, Punching, Staking, Pressing, Coining, Piercing, Perforating, Blanking, Sizing, etc. 'C' frame being The most modern design offering three clear working sides is suitable for most applications. 

These presses have all steel fixed construction for sturdiness. The baseplate is ground and has T-Slots for easy mounting of tooling. Ram has male threads for direct mounting of tooling. Standard operation is either by hand or foot operated valve with silencer cum speed restriction Valve for easy and confident speed control of working and return strokes. A variety of options as described further on can be incorporated at special request.
