We are exporting strip pack machine and strip packing machine. We are also dealing in strip seal packing machine and MS strip packing machine. The unit consists of drive 0.5HP/1440 RPM/3PH/415V/50CS AC Motor coupled to worm reducer variable pitch pulley arrangement and multipin clutch. Drive mechanism housed in MS fabricated body with necessary opening for inspection and maintenance. One set of sealing rollers Max. 140 mm sealing width with back gear and pin ring. Horizontal scissors action cutter is provided to cut the strip horizontally by cutting gear assembly to obtain desired cut length of strips.

Two numbers cartridge heaters 750W/230V and temperature is controlled by thermostat as well as Electronic digital temperature indicator cum controller with selector switch. . Set of draw brushes to draw strips from the sealing rollers. Two numbers foil (Material) holding brackets with running tubes for unwinding and web tensioner and foil alignment arrangement. Unit is provided with one set of change parts which consists of S.S. Bowl, S.S. Chute channel release pin & Set of sealing rollers.
