We bring forth superlative quality of machine made shellac that is processed using best quality base material. Under the strict supervision of our professional we are able to export premium quality shellac consistently. Given below are two different methods that are used to produce this shellac:

Heat Process:

The process includes separating pure lac from seed lac through stem heating of seedlac and squeezing the soft molten lac through filter by means of hydraulic presses. Obtained molten lac is then stretched by using rollers, which convert them into long and continuous sheets that is broken into pieces.

Solvent Process:

This process removes the insoluble impurities of the lac by mixing it with solvent such as industrial alcohol. After the solution is filtered through fine cloth, alcohol is recovered from the lac by boiling the solution. A roller along with stretching machine is used to stretch the molten shellac to required length & thickness. This process contributes to manufacture different type of shellac containing varying percentage of shellac wax.
