Mode of Action:
- After spraying Beavera fungus its conidium’s adhere to the host cuticle & it germinates
- The fungal hypha secretes enzymes which attack and dissolve the cuticle
- It penetrate into the skin and grow into the insect body
- Further, it produces a toxin called Beauvericin that weakens the host’s immune system, and insect dies.
