A two part water dilutable epoxy coating for the purpose of waterproofing and water retention. Part A is a base component made up of epoxy resin, pigment and additives and water as a solvent. Part B is a hardener made up of curing agents, pigments and additives and water as a solvent. On mixing both a chemical reaction starts between epoxy group and amine group and forms a film which possess all the properties of epoxy coating such as hardness, toughness, adhesion, mechanical strength along with water and chemical resistance.

Characteristics : Non toxic, no solvent hazards, penetrates maximum into the porous surface and seals porosity and micro crevices of the substrate. Can also be applied on damp surfaces and can withstand hydrostatic pressure of water. Prevents the growth of microorganisms. Resistant to water, salt water, and even toilet acid solutions

End uses:

    Water proofing of cement concrete drinking water tanks from inside
    Waterproofing of sunken portions of bathrooms before tiling
    Sterile coating of walls of dairies and breweries, pharmaceuticals and food industries
    Coating of aqua culture farms and hatcheries
    Inner coating of cement concrete bio gas plants
    Mechanical properties of the film will be hard, tough, scrub and abrasion resistant
