The Basic Still, manufactured by us is dependable and cost effective. The basic still is simple of operation and cleaning and offers continuous operation.  A 3 KW chromium plated copper heater is fitted in a horizontal borosilicate glass boiler. For safety, a thermostat is installed in the 3 KW chromium plated copper heater that mechanically switches off power in case of water supply failure. The range works best with treated or soft water for better quality distilled water as well as for avoiding scaling in the boiler.

Is designed for continuous operation. It is easy to use & clean, Reliable and Low Cost. It produces 4 Ltrs/hr distilled water, using 3 KW Chromium Plated Copper Heater housed in a horizontal Borosilicate Glass Boiler.

Efficient Boiler & Condenser

•     Provided with screw threaded joints for easy connection of condenser. The distilled water output is cool at a temperature of 25-40 deg C
•     3 KW Chromium plated copper heater is fitted with a Thermostat which shuts off Power automatically in case of water supply failure
•     Boiler is provided with Teflon Screw Cock for easy draining of water in the boiler
•     Conductivity: 3 to 4 µS/cm
•     Distilled Water Quality: Pyrogen Free
•     The results mentioned are obtained under standard laboratory conditions
•     Treated water / soft water is recommended to prevent scaling in the boiler and to improve the quality of distilled water
