The raw material used and the workmanship involved is of very high repute because of the critical application of the part. This precision turned component is made from SS316L/1.4404 grade of stainless steel. Manufacturing is done on CNC turn mill centre. The surface finish requirements are very high and the dimensions to be maintained are in a very close tolerance bandwidth. These are achieved by setting the manufacturing processes. Final Inspections are done on Co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM).
