Other Details

We manufacture a wide range of woven fabrics made of polyester and polypropylene. Geotextiles and related products have many applications and support many civil engineering applications including roads, airfields,,railways,,embarkments structures, retaining reservoirs, canals, dams, banks protection, coastal engineering and construction sites, and silt fences. Usually geotextiles are placed at the tension surface to strengthen the soil. Geotextiles are also used for sand dune armoring to protect upland coastal property from storm surge, wave action and flooding.

They have effectiveness of sloped, stepped shapes in mitigating shoreline erosion damage from storms. Geotextile sand-filled units provide a "soft" armoring solution for upland property protection. Geotextiles are used as matting to stabilize flow in stream channels and swales.

Geotextiles can improve soil strength at a lower cost than conventional soil nailing. In addition, geotextiles allow planting on steep slopes, further securing the slope.

The main purpose of using the geotextile is to be permeable and to permit the flow of liquids through it. It is used in foundations of structures to prevent wind and water erosion of the soil and achieve structural stability. This aids in filtration applications and the fabric does not allow soil particles to move around freely. Through this process roads made with woven geotextile materials erode less and last longer.

Polypropylene multifilament geo textiles, agriculture nets, (pictures below) take of the current picture and put for nylon belting.

These are monofilament fabrics made of pp and used as insect net for protecting the plants, crops. Geo textiles are also made in polypropylene with multi filament yarn as required and used widely in road building, tank bunds, and other places to prevent soil erosion.
