Instructions for Use:

For an effective application, following instructions need to be followed:

Lay these Packs flat in a freezer at -15°C to -18°C to till they get completely frozen and then they are ready to use.

If you are using these for commercial transport/shipping of food or medical products then it gets important to lay these frozen gel ice pacs over food or medical products to treat them with cold air. To get optimum cooling results, take care of dead spaces and keep some additional gel ice pacs at the bottom and along sides & corners of the consignment vessel.

Frozen gel ice pacs can maintain a temperature range of perishables between 2°C to 16°C. We would like to recommend that shipping and storage trials should be conducted to determine the amount of frozen ice pacs required to maintain the above mentioned range.
