We offer qualitative pads manufactured from synthetic elastomer and are acknowledged for their resistance to wear, shear and crushing. Our finished pads are an essential element of the rail track, which are laid between the rail and their support system.

Together with Gantrex clips, our manufactured pads offers several advantages of a comprehensive soft mounting solution such as:

    Load distribution over a larger surface
    Absorption of uneven contact surfaces between rail and support
    Reduction of noise and vibration
    Reduction of wear of the rail and its support


Moreover, our pads facilitate reduction in transfer of stress to the support of up to at least 25% as per DIN 4132 and CTICM recommendations. We offer our manufactured pads in different models viz. Gantrex pads, Gantrex MK3 and Gantrex MK6. These pads are tested for their efficiency and fatigue resistance at the “Ruhr University, if specified by clients.
