ETEK Liquid Carbon dioxide (CO2)Filling Systems are designed to fill liquid Carbon dioxide into cylinders. The system consists of a One weighing platforms and One Existing high-pressure filling manifolds controlled by PLC. We are making this system by using client existing manifold setup through pneumatic control system.

Operation:

The operator places the cylinder on one weighing platforms and starts filling by push button. While filling the first cylinder the operator sets the second cylinder on the next platform and
the filling of this cylinder will start automatic after the first one is filled. hence pressure developed in the line can be avoided. The cycle is repeated for further operation. The weighing platforms are mounted flush with the floor level. The pneumatically operated filling valves in the manifold assembly gets cut off when the set weight is achieved. The system is also provided with RS 232 communication interface to print out details of the filling operations.

    Power supply: 230 v AC /50 Hz. +/- 5 %
