We are offering our clients with force die casting machines - a hot chamber that is specially designed for high productivity and ease of operation in mind. These have hot-chambers of 200-1600 tons that help in the manufacturing of zinc, lead or magnesium parts. Our machines have real-time closed loop injection power systems that are fixed with high-performance electronics and closing systems for assuring the most productive tools available. For low energy usage and precise metal temperature control, our machines also have a gooseneck, nozzle, and furnace. In extension to this, the process monitoring and control systems of our machines give instant feedback, if any critical process fickles deviate from the established production criteria.
