Mock-up & prototyping, as we understand is very important aspect in new product development. We use simple and fast prototyping methods to demonstrate products at different stages of product development. These prototypes help us to make better design decisions and refine our designs from user, function, manufacture ability and cost point of view. 

Our engineers along with suppliers and sub-contractors build prototypes at various stages with different mediums such as rapid prototyping, CNC rapid models and multiples, functional prototypes and appearance mock-up models with HD foam, plastics, sheet metal, MDF, FRP, steel etc. Their feedback during prototype building plays an important role in refinement of the design. We work in close liaison with various vendors for rapid-prototyping and vacuum casting of plastic parts
