The vertical machining center has an arm type automatic tool changer with belt drive spindle, Z axis with servo brakes and counterweight, pretension ball screws on all axes, Ethernet for program transfer, screw type chip conveyor and bucket, USB programme transfer, Portable MPG (Manual Pulse Generator), heat exchanger for electric cabinet, automatic lubrication system and coolant system, spindle air blast, alarm lamp, work lamp and levelling pad. The machine has a maintenance tool kit and operation and maintenance manual along with it. The other optional features having a chip conveyor and bucket, all geared headstock for high torque, BT-5- Taper in lieu of BT -40, 6000rpm, Fanuc 0i MF controller, spindle oil cooler, linear glass scales, chip flushing system, oil skimmer, coolant through spindle (20 bar pressure), 4th axis enable, 4th axis interface with motor and drive, CNC rotary table, Auto tool length measurement system and air conditioning for electric panel are present.
