Rubber expansion joints / bellows

 CORI manufactures and supplies bellows in sizes ranging from 25NB to 3300NB for pressure as well as non pressure application. Larger size bellows have gone through cyclical movement tests in the presence of Inspection Agencies.

CORI Manufactures bellows by hand built, moulded or bladder formed process.

We either hand craft or Mould bellows up to 450mm ID while larger sizes are individually hand crafted.

We have also developed Dog Bone joint type expansion joints for condenser neck. We are a regular supplier of rectangular and circular bellows for bus ducts and ducting applications.

CORI also supplies accessories like Control units, Retaining Rings consisting of stretcher plate, tie rods, companion flanges, fasteners etc in carbon steel material with hot dipped or electro galvanized or epoxy coated.  We also supply these accessories in Stainless Steel and other exotic steels as the customer requires.

We have supplied to a host of Thermal Power projects through BHEL & EPC contractors & to Chemical & Petrochemical complex like RIL, CPCL, IOCL. Our Expansion Joints are installed in many Nuclear Power projects.

We are a regular supplier to all HVAC industries like Voltas Limited, Blue Star Limited..

Larger size bellows like 1600NB, 1800NB, 2100NB, 2200NB, 2300NB, 2500NB, 2600NB and 2700 NB have been subjected to cyclical tests for 5000 cycles.
