New Delhi based, it is engaged since 1988 in design, development, manufacturing and marketing of sophisticated electronic equipments/systems and special transformers, Isolation transformer, single/3-phase Servo controlled voltage stabilizer, CVT, AVR and Rectifier for Consumer, Industry, Defence, Computer, Telecom, Hotels, Engineering Colleges and other applications.

It has two manufacturing and marketing establishments namely M/s. C.B.S.Industries and M/s.Tirupati Power Controls .The workforce of over 75 includes 10 engineers and other highly skilled personnel in Production, Marketing, After Sales Service and Quality Assurance.

The Individual leading them was Mr. Ashok Bansal, an engineer who cut his teeth for 8years in the Servel Group of Companies as a Production Manager.Today,this entrepreneur heads a Rs.50 millions business group Hi-Rel.

Having cemented a strong relationship with ITDC/Defence sector since 1990, the group also earned the trust of industry and is now sought out by leading manufacturing & marketing Industries.
