The electronic stroke control is provided with an advanced micro-controller based motor drive; this guarantees an accuracy that is better than +/- 1 stroke. Smooth stepper drive circuit gives excellent control on RP M in dissolution test.
 
The heater is also controlled by latest computational circuits and delivers an accuracy that is better than +/- 0.2 Degree Centigrade. This precise control is achieved by accurately monitoring the prevailing temperature in the bath with a PT-100 temperature sensor and physical design of the water bath to facilitate uniform circulation without considerable temperature gradient. An external temperature sensing probe is provided to monitor the temperature inside the beaker / test vessel.
 
The operator controls are provided through a membrane keypad linked to 20X4 back lit Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) with modularly structured electronics which makes trouble shooting very easy.
