cerazul 1g injection cefoperazone 500mg + sulbactam 500mg respiratory tract infections urinary tract infections bacterial meningitis skin & soft tissue infections 20-40mg/kg/day given in equally divided doses every 6-12hour. For serious infections: upto 160mg/kg/day given in 2-4 equally divided doses may be used
