We are engaged in manufacturer of Herbal Extraction Plant, Solvent Extraction Plant, Oleoresin plant, Natural Dye Plant for various applications. Our advanced technology plant mainly designed for various Herbal Extracts from parts of plant or tree such as leaves, flowers, seeds, barks, roots and shrubs. Our process line and technology designed by highly experienced technocrats focusing on the high recovery of extract at low cycle time and at low operating cost. Our plants are of GMP standards.

The process line and technology differs from Herb to Herb depends upon the solubility of rich component and its purification. Our plant is designed accordingly to suit for all applications.

Our plant consists of Perculation extractor with counter current system to reduce the use of Alcohol and thereby reduce the distillation time for Alcohol recovery. We adopt Evaporator under vacuum or Multi Effect Distillation or Falling Film or Raising Film Evaporator as per customer requirement.

Herbal Extraction Plant We supply multi-purpose Herbal Extract Plant (Alcohol or Aqua base) on Turn-key basis mainly to extract from roots, barks, leaves, seeds & flowers for the extracts like:
